"Rooms were great, exceeding expectations considering its location in the countryside and cheap price. However, the owner should not be so aggressive about inconveniences caused by guests. If he thought we were too loud in our rooms, the owner should have simply said so. Barging in to our room without any warning or properly announcing himself(he just opened the door and came in his bathrobes) was unacceptable. Proceeding to then waving/pointing the end of his walking stick at his guests' faces while shouting threats, would not be considered anywhere near tolerable, let alone hospitable. We would have been regretful for any inconveniences we may have caused, if it were not for the owner waving his walking stick at us, causing more Shock than Regret. We are your customers, dear sir, not some kids you let in. Cultural differences may exist, and the 'friendly' atmosphere of this facility may come with its downsides, but the owner should learn his manners before attempting to teach others theirs. He would do well to remember the guests are not 'guests' at his home, but 'paying customers' who are using his facilities at their expense. Other grievances include the fact that the housekeeping is limited to new towels, but I understand that it is in accordance with ESG trends. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed most of our stay at this establishment."
