"Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient parking. The food at the restaurant was great…the bar stayed open past 10pm on Saturday. The staff was attentive and polite! "

"Old property.... Door not locked to the parking lot for which you should have to use your key card but you don't have to because it don't work. Anyone can enter... AC unit in my room the cover of it was held together with duct tape.. did not have a hanging rod to hang clothes.."

"Staff is incredible -- helpful, friendly, accommodating. Not only did we have a wonderful stay in a great location, but the staff made the difference for us from every other hotel. They graciously loaned us a screwdriver to put batteries in a new toy and were clearly working hard during breakfast to keep supplies stocked. At checkout time, our vehicle had a dead battery, so I went to the desk to let them know we'll be late returning our keys (needed to leave parking garage). When I was explaining, the clerk said, "Oh we can help! Our maintenance worker will meet you at your car for a jump!" He was there in under 10 mins and so kind. Hyatt Place saved us probably 2hrs waiting for roadside assistance. THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay fantastic -- from front desk, to maintenance, to maids, to breakfast staff. Customer service was impressive and much appreciated. "
