Excellent hotel, room was huge, breakfast was really good too. All of the team who worked in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Parking straight out of the front of the hotel.

Town Center cottage

![Old Manor House site, Topcliffe Known as Manor Hills or Cock Lodge, this is the site of a medieval manor house belonging to the Percys. The view shows the outer ditch and bank in the foreground with the inner ditch [moat] and bank beyond. The conical mound was the site of a windmill. The manor is thought to have been erected in the 13th century and was described as 'ruinous' in a survey of the estate in 1577.
