The hotel was very good. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. It was very nice and heart touching seeing the service of tarakeswari and sonu. Great time and look forward to come back 😄
The hotel staff was extremely nice and professional. They would go above and beyond to make sure that my stay at the hotel was comfortable. Thanks to their hardwork and professionalism, my stay at Marriot Raipur was extremely relaxing and pleasant.
Courtyard by Marriott at Raipur is conveniently located about 30 min away from airport.
Rooms are large, hygenic with clean linen and toiletries. Morning breakfast spread is good and serves all preferences.
Hotel staff is polite & courteous.

Needed evening checkout because of 9pm flight. They let me stay an extra 6 hours for a very reasonable price. Great restaurant. Had breakfast for 3 days. Great choice of Indian and continental items. Had dinner one day. Great veg Hakka noodles.

The problem was not courtyard but expedia itself who during booking showed different inclusivity of facilities which did not reflect in final booking pdf creating confusion with the hotel staff

The staff at the property are very unprofessional. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes after the check-in. At the time of check-in, the person at the reservation desk asked me to wait for 10 minutes as the room was getting ready. But after waiting for 30 minutes when I checked back, he said it's not ready yet and needed another 10 minutes. There was no respect for someone's time at such a brand-name hotel. Further, the breakfast was horrible, I wished I had eaten at a roadside shop to get cooked food. The paratha (Indian bread with filling) had raw dough. I would never stay at this hotel again and recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.
A/C didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. The bathroom was missing toiletries. Upon complaint the gentleman decided to ignore me and pass on the complaint to other co worker and not handle my problems. It took them 2 hours to assign another room. Meanwhile I had to miss an important work meeting. Had horrible experience.
The property is located at a good location close to the airport which is a plus point if you are travelling for a business trip. Also the food at the hotel was amazing and room service was quick. 5 out of 5 in every department.
There is an expectation when a brand like Marriott puts it's name behind a property. The hotel fails to meet expectations associated with the brand in all aspects.
Rooms were clean and about reasonable- rest everything disappointing to say the least! Not expected of a brand like Marriott.

Disabled room was damp, dusty and inadequate, all night we suffered and had ask for a different room. Cleanliness in the dining room was poor, teapot served with spillage marks. Overall very disappointed and wish we could get money refunded. We paid for 5star hotel but it is only a 3star and shouldn’t be charged 5star.
Staff tried their best to be respectful. Kitchen staff needs a lot of training to bring to 5star, hotels to keep up and maintain hygiene levels. Very poor hygiene standards.
