No clean room, no hot water at all in hand wash basan only COLD water, for Shower you have to run tap for 15 minuts then you get very very low temperature water so think 10 times before booking this hotel

Suggested Stay at Rajkot

A pleasant stay, where I could complete the designated work along with the comfortable accommodation provided. It is highly recommended for those having a business or a family stay at this beautiful abode located at the heart of the city. The assistance provided by management and staff at the hotel was really commendable while I was looked after well. There is a Convenience of car park for those using private transport. Otherwise to commute around the city by various modes of public transport is an added benefit. Railway station, Bus Terminal and Airport are located close by. Highly recommended for all those looking for a affordable stay at Rajkot.

Dont go to this hotel, they dont care about customers, messy rooms, dirty bed sheets, pillows, floors, pls save money and dont go to this hotel. I also feel cheated by Hotels.com who had this property as 4 star on the website

When we booked we did not realize there are different level of rooms, for a 4 star room was very small and we had to pay to upgrade. Breakfast and location is good. There was constant maintenance going on - which meant we could not rest in the afternoon. Also they would not take us to train station, I had to beg them - they need to learn how to smile at people

Not too good - but not that bad either!

My stay here was good-ish. The food was okay too (only had breakfast). We had rooms with two seperate beds and found the space was a bit cramped. Beds were comfy, pillow covers could be more cleaner though. House keeping was quick and rooms tidy. Was slightly disappointed as the rooms weren’t prepped properly. We all had to request bath/hand towels and toilet papers. Service and hospitality was good though. Room service was quick. They need to do something for hot water in bathrooms. Had to waste 2-3 whole buckets of water just to get hot water - for all our rooms. Imagine the wastage of water! No hot water in showers at all. Plus only available in the morning. Overall it was okay if you’d want to stay a day or two. But considering it’s a 4 star hotel was more disappointed. Give it a go if you get a good deal and have no issues making a few adjustments.

Hotel should not be rated a 4 star. Rooms were small even after an upgrade. Bedsheets not clean. Bathroom dated. Other hotels rated 4 star are much better and clean. We checked out on the same day and transferred to another hotel.

Budget Hotel - does the job. Staff were courteous

The picture of the Grand Foyer in the ads in quite misleading. The rooms are just about OK and could use some face lift. Wi-Fi is available only if you come down to the lobby and not in the rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful Overall, the hotel served the purpose - an overnight stay.
