"Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. "Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"This 'White House Guest House' did not provide me accommodation, although, I had a prior booking. The front desk officer told me they did not have any vacant room. How funny!"

"Everything from front desk to room service was just outstanding! It is conveniently located near the airport. At the front desk all the employees were exceptionally professional but one person went above and beyond; Muhib. My kudos to him and all the employees at the Radisson Blu.
