Very clean, safe, great location, good breakfast with a lot of choices, easy parking. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. Panera Bread literally steps away, Crabtree Mall less than 1 mile away. This was our 2nd stay and definitely not our last!

Dishonest staff my wedding band was stolen. I left to go to a wedding and returned 1 hour later to retrieve my ring and the staff had gone in the room at 3pm and when I returned my ring was missing.

Our room was clean, neat and well maintained. Staff was courteous. I did not understand the fifty-dollar deposit for smoking, pets or damage though and surely do not understand it being a week before it's re-deposit into my credit card account. I will be checking to make sure it is!

I loved this hotel! Major feature - no bugs! The breakfast was wonderful - many choices and lasted three hours. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom was great! Hot water! Many towels! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful! I loved it! TV had many channels (just wish I could have logged into Netflix or Hulu) . Central to everywhere I needed to go. I would go again in a minute. Price through Expedia was the best available!

Property staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Coffee machine with all the options was so nice! The bathroom in our room needed a little attention as far as caulking, etc. The bed was comfortable and room was clean

The front entrance should have a double entrance, not a onesided door. It should be where a person entering should not have to wait for the person exiting. The entranceway should be remodeled to where you enter in the front not from the side. It should allow entering and exiting of more than one person, especially if someone is using a luggage cart.

I checked in and went to my room. One bed was unmade with a sheet thrown over the desk and tv area. A wash rag was also left in the room. It was not very clean. There was multiple hairs left in the bathroom area and dirt all around the windows. After checking out, the hotel charged me for a blanket that I did not take. I called and attempted to talk to a manager but was told a manager was not there all 5 times that I called. I was told nobody would be able to help me other than the manager. Would not recommend.

Great weekend visit place to stay
This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip. Easy check in and check out. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was so-so and parking was a little tight but overall had a great stay.

Property is right by shopping center 2 mins from walmart and 5 mins from a large shopping mall. Also really liked that there was garage parking for smaller vehicles.

The television was very difficult to use because there was no channel guide and "guide" button on the remote did not work. i twice contacted the front desk and they said there were no instructions since the cable network had just been installed. i also asked for an extra blanket and was told it would be left in my room b.y the staff ... but it never happened after 3 days. i will NOT stay at a best western again ... and i will make sure my colleagues who travel a lot will also know about the poor quality of service at BW

The lady at the front desk is exceptional!! she was so kind and gracious when checking me in. Every time I came in or out she asked me how my room was, how my stay was going, or offered a friendly greeting! I LOVE that this hotel has served Quiet Hours so guests can rest without being disturbed. Also, there are placards alerting guests that it is a no smoking hotel including incense, cigarettes/cigars, etc. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked and my bed was comfortable. The flooring inside the rooms is luxury vinyl plank floors that looks like wood. The flooring is fresh-looking and clean. I love that it is not carpet!! The breakfast has a super coffee machine with several choices such as a latte, cappuccino, etc. The make-it-yourself waffle maker is also a big hit! It is usual fare-eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast/bagels, Chobani yogurts, cereals. It was a great stay!!
