This is far from the city center and near a busy intersection so can be tricky to get on the road. When I checked in, someone else was complaining about multiple issues in her room and awaiting a new assignment. From the front desk, anyone can see the security camera feeds so it’s easy to potentially follow other guests without their permission. The toilet in my room was filthy on check-in, but everything else was acceptable. There was also a hallway commotion around 2 a.m., and it’s unclear if the hotel had any security to address jt. Would not stay again.

Upon arrival the property had on going renovations which might have influenced my opinion. That being said, the lobby was clean quite (under renovation). There are no amenities, the initial receptionist was very helpful but the other which may have been his wife, rude. I had to change room because the first had issue with the shower (either hot or cold); stained carpets and curtains and order in rooms; had to rest my room key several times. Maybe after renovations it will be up to par but I hope I don’t have to revisit. It was a deal on Expedia. Roll the dice maybe you might have

We had an awful experience at this location. The hotel was under construction, and the main lobby had building supplies all over. The cleanliness of the hotel was atrocious. The rugs were filthy, linens and towels were soiled, and the shower itself was old and peeling. We only had two towels for four travelers. The support offered by the concierge was limited.

I was placed in the wrong room when I first arrived. I brought the issue to the staff’s attention and asked if any compensation could be offered because of the inconvenience, but I was told that wasn’t possible. When I asked for the corporate office’s contact information so I could address my concerns, I was then told that I could no longer extend my stay at the hotel. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I expected the staff to work with me to resolve the issue, but instead I felt dismissed and as though I was being penalized for simply voicing my concerns. Unfortunately, this experience affected my overall impression of the hotel and the way guests are treated when they have a legitimate issue.

This was the absolute worst, after a 5 hour flight delay the guy at the desk sent ME, MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDAUGHTER to an occupied room at 3:00 am in an OPEN CARRY STATE. Then sent us to a room that smelled like a wet mop. My daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the door was warped. I had to kick out open. We booked another hotel. On the way out we saw the pool wrong was green.

Convenient central access to RTP and surrounding communities. Easy to find: just off I-40 by intersections of Hwys 54 and 55. Maintenance needed and in progress. No pool. (Old, no water) Exercise room requires finding staff to unlock door. Lots of restaurants, mall, shopping, coffee shops, Tesla Supercharger within 2 miles by car. Within 4 miles Whole Foods, multiple Indian and other ethnic restaurants. Good value, somewhat smelly inside.

Hotel advertises resturant and there resturant was under construction no food. Room not clean, ants every night on the end table between the beds. Lamp had no light bulb was told they would deliver one and never did. Red roach huge on the floor when we walked in after our 3rd night. We were on 3rd floor the hallway was very humid. Overall Very disappointing. You get what you pay for.

I stayed for one night, the room was clean and the guy at the front desk I had no issues with, there was plenty of parking available and for the price I would go back again. just like the reviews I read said, the hallways did smell like smoke but the room I was in did not.

The hotel was reasonably priced and the conditions were that of an older hotel. There was wear and tear but the staff seemed to do a good job considering the years of use. There was evidence of some remodeling going on. My overall rating is 3 1/2 for the facility and 4 for the staff.

Staff was excellent, it’s obvious that they are renovating and improving the hotel however the rooms were in poor condition. Carpet was as very dirty with questionable stains. Beds were modestly comfortable.

There was no ice machine working at this hotel. The faucet on the sink was extremely loose. The phone didn't work in the room. Wasn't very happy about those things. The bed was okay. Couldn't use the side door to enter hotel, which was closet to the elevator. Had to walk in the front of the hotel to get to elevator. Construction at the hotel as well.
