Arrived and the first thing that struck us was the 10 or so steps at the front door to get up to the reception area, not easy for older people with a heavy suitcase, we then stood around 10 minutes waiting to check in as there was no staff at reception. Thurnham Hall Resort
Easy to park, room was great, nice and warm, well equipped if you take your own food. We used the restaurant the food was excellent, staff friendly. Could do with a main entrance sign, it wasn’t obvious when we arrived in the dark.
