"We are from Canada and stayed at Hotel A9 in Barnala for several weeks. Would highly recommend or overseas customers looking for a nice place to stay while in India. The hotel staff were accommodating , the place was clean and service was at international levels. Breakfast was included in our stay and the servers were pleasant and extremely helpful."

"Surprisingly big and clean rooms. On Road location. Good food. I booked a suite room which is tottally worth it."

"It’s a very low grade hotel with basics missing. Very bad washrooms, uncomfortable beds with traffic noise not letting you sleep. Food is very basic. All amenities are in pathetic shape eg. pool. I suggest not booking. "

"This was a decent property, cleanliness was fine, but the amenities were awesome. Lots of different restaurants and food options that allow everyone to find something they like, and having the mall close allows for even more options. The staff were always helpful and happy to assist. "

"The hotel is owned by new owners and they do not honour bookings through the website. It is a shady joint with spotty wifi. Having said that the staff were very nice and understanding and since I had no other option, i had to book it at much higher price that the one advertised. Dirty towels, dirty room, no toiletries provided etc. the hotel is only for couples who want privacy for an hour or two"
