"Quaint but well taken care of hotel that feels like you've been swept away to Portugal when inside the property. The pool was not as warm as we'd hoped, since it said Heated Pool, but we enjoyed the serene atmosphere none the less. All of the staff were amazing. The food at Cielo's was very good. We enjoyed both a dinner and a lunch at the property. Finally, the property was quiet. And not just quiet, but the kind of quiet that brings you peace. We will return. "

"It is attached to a largish casino most of which is non smoking in there. The pool was lovely as well. The room was large and new looking."

"Rooms are dated, carpets do not look like they have been cleaned in few years or longer. Mini fridge was leaking water onto the carpet. Musty smell in the probably from the water leak. Restaurant food does not match the prices, especially with so many other restaurants near by. Wings are advertised as 1lb for the price, maybe half a lb was serverd. Also out of over half of the menu items. Breakfast was decent and filling, but not very many options. Pool was clean and nice, but jacuzzi jets do not work. Also, employees said guest needed a wrist band, but this was not enforced. Personally, I have stayed at other Double Trees and this was not to any of the standards. Very sad they do not take care of this property better. Especially with the location. "
