The hotel has been cutely renovated, but the surrounding area seemed kind of sketchy with the bus stop right out front. The TV in our room (16) is mounted on the wall on the side of one of the beds, almost at the head of the bed so pretty much impossible to lay in bed to watch. In the morning, we realized the coffee maker didnโt work and when we called the office number were told nobody was on site until 11 AM. When we checked in, I had gotten an email with keypad instructions for the room but when we got there, the keypad was not working and I had to call and was told โOh yeah, we had to take the battery out and hadnโt gotten around to letting you know,โ so had to go to the office to get a physical key. Not that big a deal but annoying. The room seemed clean, but it definitely wasnโt spotless. The TV situation was pretty ridiculous and that alone would prevent me from staying there again. Along with it being in a horrible location, having to log into PlutoTV to watch anything was super frustrating.
