Good staff

Staff good. The room plain. Terrible view. Clean. The only complaint would be to have a seating area inside while waiting for room. Plus an open bar during the day.

O serviço de animação é excelente! Minha filha amou. Funcionários muito gentis, bom pequeno almoço, boa piscina interior. O único inconveniente foi o quarto no andar da recepção, acordamos diversas vezes em razão do barulho. Aceitam animais de estimação, e ficamos ao lado de um quarto com dois cães, o que também causou incómodos em razão do cheiro e barulho.

We stopped here to have a hotel with facilities to unwind. We found the sauna was not working and the heated pool was cold. Hotel is overall very dated and could do with a tidy up. On a plus note, breakfast was great

Lo mejor del Hotel es la animación. Lo peor el precio del parking para cltes. 12€/noche. Tendrían que tener en cuenta que el precio es bastante elevado y que hay un parking cerca por 10€/noche.

Un fin de semana muy acogedor, los trabajadores de esfuerzan para que te encuentres cómodo y siempre con una sonrisa, al principio me chocó el cambio de hotel al hotel Galanthia pero luego al ser una categoria superior lo agradecimos. Mencion a la camarera de barra rubia andaluza que siempre nos trató genial ademas nos permitieron estar con nuestra perrita Isis y mi hijo disfruto muchísimo del spa y las instalaciones.

Erreur d'hotel.com mais bon séjour grâce à Segle

Hotel.com m'a permis de réserver cet hotel mais en cette période il était fermé ! La direction de l'hotel nous a automatiquement redirigé sur le Galanthus à moins d'1km pour des prestations à peu près identiques et notre séjour s'est très bien passé. J'ai attribué les notes pour cet établissement

Merci à la jeune qui nous accuellit. Elle parlait Français et était très aimable. Problème : pas de parking dans l'hôtel. Pas le choix que de prendre un parking privé. Petit déjeuner copieux mais produit de faible qualité ( jus d'orange en poudre, cuisine grasse,...)

Hotel assez confortable , chambre agréable. Le personnel est prévenant et aimable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Seu bémol ,le manque d'insonorisation des portes , c'est un problème lorsque les voisins sont sans genes.

bonne adresse

reservation d'une demi-pension pour deux, tres bien reçu, petit dejeuner et dîner tres bien, buffet simple mais bon et tres bon rapport qualité/prix. chambre un peu petite mais très propre, salle de bain Ok. parking sous l'hotel, pratique mais mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture
