"Hotel was being refurbished. We were not notified of this at the time of booking. As a result: No secure parking. No restaurant. No bar. No pool/gym/Spa. Had to have breakfast in a local restaurant. Send email to hotels.com that was forwarded to the hotel management which to date has unsurprisingly been ignored."
