"Thank you Ms Tuaine, I found my stay at The Islander Hotel Rarotonga extremely relaxing and enjoyable. I believe this hotel also has a good friendly family environment. The staff were helpful and very friendly, only a short walk across the road from the airport after a long flight, fantastic. The room was extremely clean with a Cook Island feel. Value for money, yes most definitely. The next time i return to the Cook Islands i will definitely book at The Islander Hotel, and i will 100% recommend this Hotel to friends and family. "We stayed as a couple and I could see that it would suit a family very well also. Plenty of room in our villa, generous supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal & toast in the open air cafe which is situated right next to play area for kids, handy for families. Staff so friendly and helpful. There is a small bakery and takeaway/cafe within walking distance but closest bar or restaurant would be 2km away. I would advise first timers to Cooke Islands to pre book your own transport. (you really need it!) The villas are well equipped for self catering if you choose to do that. Safe snorkelling just across the road with shallow waters and plenty of colorful fish. Lagoon Breeze also had reef shoes, snorkels, masks and fins to borrow which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas!"
