What a wonderful experience at the Nai Harn hotel! The hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious and have a stunning view overlooking the bay. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but there are many choices. We loved our stay at the Nai Harn and would love to come back!!

This is definitely a high-end, condo-like resort. The kind of place where you would go for a honeymoon or something. I was here for a few days, alone with my pint of Thai rum. The room is clean and spacious. Fridge, stove, sink, and microwave for cooking, etc. You could probably live here for a few months. When I arrived, it was a little rainy and the pathways around the complex were extremely slippery trying to navigate them with my $5 Walmart flip-flops.

The location is PERFECT, and staff at the hotel is really nice. Plus the room was really big with a nice view! Very clean and comfortable room!

We booked this hotel after reading about its 5 star reviews on expedia and trip advisor. Very glad to say that it didn't disappoint but exceeded our expectations. We pre-informed the hotel that we were coming for our honeymoon and they decorated our rooms with flowers and swan love birds which made the experience even better. The staff were extremely friendly and always greeted us when they saw us with a warm smile. Nikki at the front desk helped us book a next day tour package to Phi Phi...

Private, quiet place suitable for business and family trip.

Beautiful hotel/lush greenery. Excellent service. Restaurant/cafe food and drinks all very tasty. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a nice second floor unit with balcony facing away from pool that we enjoyed very much. The fitness center is pretty epic, lots of good workouts. Amazing massage. Saturdays Residence feels like you’re staying in your own apartment rather than a hotel. The details are well-thought-out and tasteful. Our room had a living area, bedroom, kitchen, and spacious patio—I wanted to move right in! The common areas are well-appointed (pools, gym, and library). It was a neat experience! The tent was large and comfortable equipped with a giant fan and plenty of electrical outlets (via extension cord) for device charging. Neighbors were polite and were quiet. The restaurant is nice and the menu is large and varied. All the staff were super friendly. Very short drive to stores and restaurants

Beautiful lobby. we were upgraded to larger end room which was very appreciated. The room was very spacious. The toilet was a smart toilet with heated seats. The hotel restaurant has good tasty food and reasonable prices. Definitely will stay again.

This place is gorgeous! Perfectly groomed gardens surround a huge pool. The villas are roomy, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

The location was great down a side street nice and quiet. The property was perfect for me. I would stay there again.

Very nice

I was exhasted because of work and was looking for a piece of heaven where i could totally rest and find new balance. A gateway! I liked at a first look the idea of villas instead of classic hotel rooms and the nature, all over the territory of the resort. And the fact that the beach was just right next the resort territory. I made a very inspiring choice going there! The personnel very humble, welcoming and helpful literally make you forget about the chaos and rudness specific to city lives....

Extremely clean and well-kept hotel. Room was large, had a desk, and sofa. Very comfortable queen-size bed. The staff was excellent. The walls kept the road noise out. Location was close to restaurants and the pier. Overall, excellent hotel!
