"Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. "I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy and would recommend this to anyone who is interested"

"This was a great place to stay. Our family of four adults and two children got a lot of use out of the pool, the accommodation was clean and the location was great close to lots of restaurants and the ocean. My only disappointment was the kids park which is aimed primarily at 3 to 5 year olds. I thought there was mention of a trampoline park, but there wasn’t one. Also, the big pool didn’t seem to be open."

"Loved the privacy and tranquility of our very private villa. Dined in 2 x breakfast and dinner, meals were excellent and very reasonably priced. Mosquitoes are definitely an issue but wouldn’t be isolated to this venue. Hire motorbikes and cars are readily available in Rawai, we hired a brand new Honda PCX scooter for the week $1500Bht, certainly recommend as property is a good walking distance to many popular restaurants and bars, main beach road Rawai.
