"The hotel was clean and neat and had a nice corner room, but it was noisy as my room faced the club across the street. The hotel does provide earplugs and a white noise machine and fellow hotels.com reviewers and the hotel itself in the lobby warn about the noise. Biggest issue that could have really ruined my entire trip was the front desk attendant who checked me in. I needed to use their parking garage across the street, and the card they gave me did not scan properly at the garage and directed me to contact the operator, so in my rental car, I had to dangerously back the car out of the single lane and into the traffic on a busy city street. When I went back to the attendant, she had a bit of an attitude, and intimated that I was in the system, but then she scanned the same card and gave the same card back to me, and then the card scanned properly across the street. When she checked me in, she was also on the phone, so I don’t know if she accidentally did not scan the card or if it’s a computer issue, but either way that could present a real problem to your guests and present a perilous situation. The front desk attendant was NOT Tianna, she was really sweet and checked me out. Your other hotel employees that I encountered were courteous at all times, and you need to investigate why that happened or you could be a contributing party to an accident. I was pissed when I saw the parking charge go through."

"Check-in was extremely easy except for the fact that if you want to park in the garage that is right next to the hotel, you have to pay $22 extra. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, but housekeeping could have done a better job with respect to what they are suppose to do. The only good part about breakfast was the coffee, really good. the rest of the food was way below par, unless you like to eat the same cereal everyday. The onsite restaurant's were very good, limited selection, but convenient after a long day. Overall not a bad place to stay and right next door to the convention center."

"The hotel is quiet and very conveniently located (20 mins walk from convention center and a stones throw from several breweries). The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and have good water pressure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a.nice bar area and dining section that looked nice. The only limitations is that the rooms are small and don't come with a chair or space to work/eat. The gym is in the basement oddly located past the housekeeping work space and is relatively minimally equipped."

"I arrived on a Thursday and departed on Sunday. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. No fresh towels, trash not emptied, soap, shampoo not replenished. Trash accumulated in and around the hallway trash can so I assume otherwere not cleaned. I told an employee at the front desk Friday morning that the doom safe was locked when I arrived therefore I couldn't use it. Nothing was done. There was some sort of mechanical noise coming through the wall next to the headboard. TV remote barely worked Only good thing was the location near the convention center where I attended an event. Price j was charged at check in was more than the amount I got from hotels.com when I made the booking. Asked for a receipt and was told one would be emailed to me. Never got anything. Guest services application on the TV didn't work. Never again."

"Terrific stay for 4 nights. Great location adjacent to Convention Center as well as walkable to Red Hat Amphitheater, Performing Arts Center, restaurants, etc. Quiet room, spacious & clean, very comfortable bed & pillows. Also Caleb at the reception desk is a rock star - excellent welcome and helpful recommendations within surrounding blocks."
