"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5 Overall, this was a good stay for a budget-friendly extended-stay hotel. The property appeared to be newer, and everything felt clean and well maintained. As expected with an extended-stay hotel, it seemed that some guests were long-term residents, which did not bother us. The room was simple and functional. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, but we tend to like very soft mattresses, so that really comes down to preference. The room layout was a little tight on one side of the bed, so there was not space for a nightstand, but I was able to use my suitcase in its place without much issue. There was a large comfortable chair in the room along with a desk chair, and I appreciated the large full-size trash cans, which made the space feel practical for a longer stay. The room also had a full-size refrigerator with two refillable ice trays. There is no ice machine on the property, so it may be helpful to pick up a bag of ice on your way in if needed. One helpful note for future guests: while the room includes a cooktop and microwave, the kitchen does not come stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, or pans. I later saw this noted in the booking details, with kitchen items available for purchase. Since I had brought groceries to cook, I wish I had noticed that ahead of time. "Great location! Plenty of restaurants in the area. Outlet across the street! A lot of other shopping places in the area. Quick downtown access! A must stay if you love Marriott properties! "

"Staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the condition and cleanliness of the room was not up to my standards. There were several wet spots on the carpet black marks inside and outside of the toilet. The toilet lifted off of the ground every time you sat down and stood up it looked as if it had been caulked at the base to try to “fix” the problem. The shower floors were stained brown. The wall paneling was falling down. There was sticky clear substances on the nightstand and we found a booger stuck to the head board as we removed a few pillows to lay down. "

"Had a very rude latina lady first day . Ag thw front desk. We were treated so badly that i would have left had i not had a reservation. . I travel alot for work and have NEVER been treated like that ANYWHERE . Rude and entitled and not helpful at all. We were tryin to check in early after a long flight. Which is normally just fine. When her shift was over . An hour later. A lovely man. Helped us and got us right in. After that it was great stay. That woman should not work in customer service. . "
