“My spouse and I had a rather unique experience here. Our international flight got delayed, but we made it to The White Hart with 3 hours of our reservation left. The front desk was very accommodating (albeit surprised when we showed go and still wanted our room). The reception staff need to listen to the customer and repeat back what they understand. As my account was a mix up with another room that i was also paying for so NO CHARGES should have gone on that room, and i asked to be able to charge to my room, which again was NOT initially set up.
