Everything was fine but parking. Staff says the academy allows hotel guests to use the spots but I wasn’t sure so I parked in public parking across the road. It would be preferred if the hotel would place signs that state where their parking is.

Redmond isn't a big city but staying downtown you'll get It's version of nightlife. That said, the SCP Remond made it a very pleasant stay. Pro: Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel with a nice mix of every type of guest. The room was very spacious, clean, and everything worked well - sinks, faucets, shower, and mattress were high quality and thoughtfully designed. Staff were universally friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and plentiful. Cons: Downtown is packed with restaurants and bars so expect certain crowds at certain times - including parties, frat kids, drunks and hardcore addicted (drugs and booze). There's no microwave or coffee pot and the AC blows directly at the bed.

Really great spot to stay in Redmond. Was a small bit of confusion at check- in but by the time my wife and I came back from dinner it had been resolved and we were even upgraded. Front desk staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Really impressive service. And why I'd come back here in a second.

Parking was off site at an adjacent lot shared with bank. It is a noisy choice in the rooms. It is a nice property, trendy in some ways. Rooftop was out of bounds during my stay but this likely helped with the noise.

Small rooms and bathrooms. Even with a discount I don’t know why the rooms were so expensive for what you get. Rooftop was really nice, but service was very slow and food was average.

We liked the location, and cleanliness. The next time we stay there, we will request another room as room 313 overlooked all of the machinery that runs the hotel (air conditioners, etc. We would ask for a lower floor also. The staff was excellent; friendly, helpful, and always a smile on their face.
