“So we were disappointed. It was not as expected from the pictures. Let me start by saying, it is a great location for restaurants, shopping and if you’re going to use the ferry, which is across the street. However, the hotel is very old and it’s run down. You can tell they tried to renovate some things. The pool was clean. Our room looked ok nothing fancy, but the floors were filthy! Our sink was clogged. The shower wasn’t hot hot but it was fine to shower in. The staff was friendly and check in...

“A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it.”
