"The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable. It was clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint is with the pillows. They were so soft as to be non-existent. Everything else was top-notch."

"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care."
