Wait until construction is done

The hotel is under renovation and there were wires hanging from the ceiling. Carpets torn up, new doors and construction equipment around the lobby and corridors to your room. It was loud very early in the morning due to construction work outside our windows.

Tolles Zimmer, freundliches Personal, hab sogar nen Wasserkocher für meine Wärmflasche aufs Zimmer bekommen. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbecken war sehr entspannend! Gerne wieder. Sehr kleines Badezimmer ohne Ablagen für Zahnbürste und Cremes...aber das habe ich dann im Zimmer auf den Tisch gestellt. Dort war genügend Platz.

Bezahlung im Voraus macht es wegen Rechnungserstellung, Umsatzsteuerausweis, etc. bei der Spesenabrechnung als Geschäftsreisender immer lästig. Bezahlung im Hotel war für diese Unterkunft nicht möglich.

Vi var virkelig overraskede og ha de glædet os, vores forventninger gik i opfyldelse og mere til. Richard Held er et familiedrevet hotel/resturant og man kan mærke den legacy som stedet bærer. Richard er dog gået bort, hvor vi havde glædet os til at hilse på ham. Vi var virkelig glade for servicen og kvaliteten i værelserne, vi kunne mærke at det var valgt med omhu alt fra senge til håndvaske var god kvalitet.

Gerne immer wieder

Schade, dass im Internet Schwimmbad und Sauna als geschlossen angegeben werden, tatsächlich schienen diese aber geöffnet zu sein. Ich habe es leider zu spät gesehen, dass Licht brennt. Bett ist OK, Frühstück ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Sie sind sehr bemüht die Hygieneregeln wegen Covid-19 einzuhalten.

Unsere Ausflugswünsche konnten nicht umgesetzt werden, da es zu unserer Aufenthalt Zeit nicht angeboten wurde. Im Hotel selbst wäre ein Kinderspiel Zimmer sehr gut.

Ruhiges Hotel am Stadtrand von Regensburg mit schönem Biergarten, schmackhafter Küche, netten Leuten. Kleines aber ausreichendes Fittnissstudio, recht kleiner Pool, eher für Kinder. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht unbedingt in der Innenstadt wohnen will oder muss.

Perfectly pleasant, but not ideal in high summer

It's probably lovely in mild weather, but we were there during a heatwave and our non-air-conditioned room faced west: in consequence, it was unbearably hot and didn't even cool down during the night. Unfortunately, the lounge area wasn't very comfortable, the indoor pool was unappealing, and the only outdoor space was the bar/restaurant area, where we were constantly interrupted by staff wanting to serve us food and drink.
