O quarto รฉ lindo, muito grande, extremamente limpo e tem um terraรงo com uma vista de tirar o fรดlego ! O cafรฉ da manhรฃ maravilhoso no terraรงo de frente pro mar รฉ um charme a parte! Super recomendo e com certeza voltaria aqui mil vezes!โ
โWe were travelling from Syracuse to Milan and had a 7 hour stopover waiting for the night train from San Giovanni. This was a perfect haven being 10 minutes walk from the station/ ferry terminal which allowed us to get a shower and a few hours sleep. Friendly and helpful staff allowed an early check in. โIt was a beautiful property, completely private. Wasnt sure from online but it looked like it was walkable to sea but you just can see the water. You also can not walk to other parts of town as its a gated properyy up on a hill. But the grounds are beautiful trees and flowers and bushes. โ
โStayed here for almost two weeks and couldnโt have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.

โWe got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind.
Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was also great- fresh croissants, ham, salami, amazing yogurt with yummy granola. Margaret made us fresh cappuccino and espresso.

โWe thoroughly enjoyed our perfect stay at Domus Nova! The owner Giuseppe was a fantastic host making us feel welcome as if we were visiting relatives! He graciously carried our luggage up the small flight of stairs and upgraded us to a balcony suite making our stay even more pleasant with a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina/Sicily.
