“There was construction/renovations happening on our floor. Although they stopped working by evening, they started up around 9am with drills and loud noises. The smell of paint, drywall and the dust made it hard to breath and was not safe for our children. The pool area was also not safe for small children, as the flooring was crumbling and uneven. Our room had filthy carpet, the bathroom door didn't lock, and the room felt damp. Horrible experience. Staff was friendly though!”

“The free continental breakfast was okay. The pool area is clean. It would’ve been better if the slide had a transparent or opaque cover to let the light shine through. The interior of the slide was so dark and a little bit frightening (even to adults). The toiletries inside our bathroom were almost empty (shampoo and body wash). Noted couple strands of hair on top of the sink and in between sheets.”

“Staff was very helpful and ensured we got to the Rough Riders game! The pool and water slide were amazing. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable.”
