"Don't trust the pictures on the web. Mold growing on the tables by the pool and algae on the windows. To re-enter the hallway, to go to our room from the pool, we had to walk outside in the 35 degree weather because the door handle had been removed from the inside of the door. At one point, as we left to go to a soccer game, a family had propped the pool door open so they didn't have to go outside....smart on their part. The carpeted hallways had not been swept when we arrived and were the same when we left. The fresh burning marijuana from the rooms wafted down the hallway as we walked to our room. The pictures of the continental breakfast on the website are generous. There was but half of what is shown on the website. The cabinets had waffle batter splattered on the front of them from god knows when. The room appeared clean. The door safety latch was broken and did not work. There was plenty of towels and washcloths. That was probably the nicest of the experience. We will not be back."

"Not a fan of the no-staff on site sort of thing. It's supposed to all be automated but I can't stand signing in through a bunch of apps and making accounts just to get into my room. I had an issue or two while there that I wanted to ask a staff person about (parking options nearby, procedure for X or Y at the hotel) and instead I just found myself doing guestwork. The place itself was fine enough, but I just can't say it was any better than okay with how awful it was to bumble around like an idiot to try to figure things out rather than have a staff person help."

"Great breakfast buffet. Food was very good and thoroughly cooked. Each day the menu changed a little. Turkey bacon one day, sausage the next, etc"

"Hotel didn't have power when I tried to check in; I was told by the person working there that there was no power and no timeline for it returning. I'd booked through hotels.com, and asked them about a refund. They then contacted the hotel, and the person told them I'd been offered a room but I declined, but that is NOT true: I was ready to check in and a room with power was NOT offered. I called the hotel and they repeated this, which was untrue. So I didn't get a hotel room, and I'm out money, and received no refund. Do NOT recommend. "

"Thanks to other reviews we made sure to book a room with two beds for more space. The room was super cute and well taken care of. Staff was very friendly. Annoying that parking wasn't included in the price as due to the location of the parking lot, it seems like it should be included-- valet was kinda pointless. Although the valet staff were very friendly and professional."

"We chose to walk out. The hotel stunk of cigarette smoke from the minute we walked in the lobby. The guy across the hall was a long-term stay and had several cats who roamed the halls. The litterbox stink was unbearable. The bathroom ceiling was caved in with mold. The toilet was running non-stop. We went straight to out to our car and contacted Hotels.com for a refund. We did not use them to book the replacement hotel. Awful. Just awful."

"Was excited to stay with the family based on the pictures. Then when we arrived the condition of the hotel was in dissaray. Took a while to get checked in due to people coming up to front desk with issues with toilet or room condition. When we got to our room there was cobwebs in the ceiling, the outlet covers were destroyed, the windows in hall were broken covered with a tarp, and the remote was missing. Called front desk about remote and they said they would send someone. After 30 minutes a guy showed up and programmed a new remote. The tv had a purple glow to it. Guy said he couldn’t fix it and that it would need it replaced but if we were ok with it then we he was not gonna worry about it. We just felt with it so that we could get on with our stay. My wife found fingernails and dirt on the floor. We were excited to check out the next day. Would not recommend."
