"We had a wonderful stay at Oceanus! The motel is extremely clean, comfortable, and just a five minute walk from the beach. It’s also right around the corner from the main street, with tons of restaurants and shops, so we parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the small pool was perfect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early because our room was ready and were also happy to let us leave our car for an hour after checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"

"My 2 stay here. It’s a beach town feel hotel. I enjoy it. The rooms seemed updated and were clean. There is a shuttle to the beach. You can walk into town and the beach if you choose. The breakfast is only ok and they ran out of items, the only items I was interested in. So that was a bummer. Just got coffee."

"We enjoyed our stay at Crosswinds. Located just a short walk (9 minutes) to the beach and boardwalk, it’s close enough to the food and cultural attractions. The check-in was unusual in that there’s no front desk, the lobby area is locked, and you have to call a number to get a code for your room at check-in. But maybe lots of smaller hotels/motels are opting for contactless check-in and I’m just not used to that process. However, it was smooth once it starts. Just remember to have a charged phone nearby to gain access. Overall, we liked the room. However, we were there for four nights and no one came to clean our room. The fridge didn’t work when we arrived, so we called the same number as check-in, and they sent someone over within ten minutes to troubleshoot and fixed the problem. So we were pleased with Crosswinds and would recommend it for stays like ours. Also, excellent air conditioning so that was also a huge plus in the dog days of August."
