Everything was just lovely. 1 block from the ocean with a rooftop view of the ocean and town on a lovely sundeck. Park the car in the garage and then never move it again (unless you go to the outlets for shopping!) My room happened to be a handicapped accessible corner room, with spacious floor room, if you like to do floor exercises as I do. But, if you are wheelchair bound, one problem you will find is that the counter which holds the microwave and frig is very high - you won't be able to reach it. But the room was beautiful otherwise.

Parking for a suite was limited to one car. I understand it's a small garage, but we had to pay for parking for a 2nd vehicle. This cost on top of the already expensive room should be considered. The garage ceiling was crumbling in places. Otherwise, everything else about this place was awesome.

For the price, location and amenities, can't imagine a better place! About a 3 minute walk to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Would come here again!

We have been going to Rehoboth Beach as an annual get away over the last 12 years. We stay at different locations to give ourselves a new experience. This year we chose the Brighton! The accommodations are top notch. The staff exceptional, and as a frequent traveler (I travel for work) I have stayed in a number of hotels. This property rates as the top in cleanliness, friendly staff and overall "great place to be". We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will be staying here again! Do yourself a favor and book a stay... You will be happy you did!

I like the suite. It was very clean and comfortable. Very walkable to great restaurants, boardwalk, beach and shops. Easy drive to other attractions in area. Spark ng spots always available. Staff was excellent!

We stayed here for 5 days. The location was great, walkable to everything on the boardwalk. We really appreciated the free use of beach chairs and towels. Staff was helpful and friendly. I think the property was just ok, not the most updated place we've stayed. Common areas had some stained floors and ceilings but the room itself was clean.

The Brighton Suites was a pleasant surprise. The location is ideal, a block off the beach, a block from the shops and dining on Rehoboth Avenue. Though the facility appears dated, the rooms are recently updated, modern, and kept immaculately clean. The staff was amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Free parking and free use of a gym across the street were a bonus. Can’t wait to return next year!

Stayed at Brighton suites with family many times when it first opened years ago. Kids are grown, came for a weekend beach escape. Loved the room renovations with the white and teal! Room very clean, staff friendly, close to the beach and main avenue!
