"Check in was a nightmare. There is no live staff, only automated kiosks. One didn’t work at all. The other finally functioned but informed that the room was being cleaned and not yet ready- at 9:00 PM!!! The help line was actually helpful, and another room was made available. However, the listing said there was AC, but no thermostat or controls in the room, and the place was roasting hot. Opening a window helped but there was a lot of traffic noise. The restaurant was closed and nearby...

"The hotel was very nice. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Reception is closed early Saturdays and all day Sunday, so make sure to send questions/request in advance during this hours. Otherwise check in was no trouble (key in safety box ) Public transportation was very close and easy to navigate. "
