"This is really our only option for this area and we have stayed here many, many times. As time has passed it has become more and more run down. It is being painted on the inside now but the exterior is really run down. It needs a super refresh. The people running the hotel seem to be doing what they can but it is really lacking and gets rougher every year. Needs new room furniture, carpet, etc. The window shades seemed new and good. "First of all it was not well lit at the front door. We went in Lobby. There was NO STAFF at front desk or any where around. There was a phone there that instructed us to call to get someone to help us. After calling 4 times and no one answering plus spending 20 minutes sitting in the lobby. Needless to say we left. Completely unacceptable customer service. Would recommend to no one."
