“First time staying here it was fab and well situated for easy access to the lakes just of the A66. Was good value for money with outstanding service and food from Nikki and her small team. The room was small but functional and very clean, Super dog friendly and everything is thought of even a doggie menu. Will be staying again”

They had a fan in the bedroom which came in very handy as it was an extremely warm day/night. Room was very clean and had a lovely touch with complimentary bottles of water and biscuits.
