After a long day travelling, it was nice to come to a quiet hotel with a late open hot tub. Staff was friendly and amazing, the room was clean, and the hot tub open till midnight was the perfect ending.

The property was clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and there was a nice area to walk after dinner. Pool was nice and warm outside. Airport transfer to the airport was complimentary and ran every 20mins. I would stay here again, the staff were all lovely.

Hotel is fine. If you think of it as an airport hotel it’s good. A few small things that show a lack of attention to detail that stood out: - mould on grout in shower, easy to fix - broken soap bottle holder in shower so glass soap (!?) bottles placed on the floor rather than fixing the holder - checked in and out room had used creamers by the coffee maker, no fresh ones, staff rectified but no apology or acknowledgement just “sure” in response to a request to get fresh stuff - water in kettle, shows it wasn’t cleaned or checked between guests Location is convenient for KEF, relatively speaking for Iceland the price is reasonable. Adequate but nothing more than that.

The property was lovely; overlooked the harbor. Pros: location at harbor, check-in/check-out, proximity to airport, cleanliness, safety, upscale interior design, service, and hot tub/infinity pool. We went into the small yet nice town for our meals. Cons: We booked the loft for better sleeping experience, as it advertised a sofa bed and a queen bed. Was very disappointed to learn that there was an extra charge for bedding for the sofa bed. Seriously! Feel it was deceptive to advertise a sofa bed that was only a sofa bed if you paid extra for bedding.
