Generally our stay at the hotel was good. The location is excellent, very close to the center, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious enough and clean, but there were issues with ants and some outdated furniture that should be addressed. The breakfast was decent (though it could benefit from more variety, especially in terms of cheese and olive options). Overall, we were satisfied, but there's room for improvement.

We travelled with our friends so we had 2 rooms. The rooms have no balconies , no views at all. There is only a wall front of the window. You can only see the wall. Nothing else. The breakfast was really not good enough. Eggs, bacon etc were very cold. In general very limited, cold and untasty breakfast. Although the breakfast was included, we went out for breakfast. There is no kettle / no cup etc. to make tea or coffee in the rooms. We were very disappointed about it. But the hotel is perfectly clean, tidy and comfortable. The ladies at the reception were kind and nice. Although we arrived much earlier than check in time; they were so kind to give our keys straight away on our arrival. The location is perfect! Very central, you can walk to everywhere. I can say amazing location; spotless cleaning and comfortable stay.

Decent hotel in the city center

The hotel is situated in the city center, near close to the beach and shops. Old Town is a 15-minute close away. Strenghts: - location - the hotel is renovated - friendly staff - air conditioning Weaknesses: - we booked two rooms at the same price, but the differences were big, so i asked to change my room (even if the hotel was fully booked, they offered us another room, not as big and equipped as our friends', but better than the first one) - water was flowing next to the shower cabin - the shower cabin was small - towels were changed only once every two days - the initial cleaning was superficial - I received small bottles of shampoo and shower gel only in the first day - I did not receive water in the room at all

DISASTER. DO NOT STAY!

we couldn't even stay for 1 night, the whole place of the hotel smells old and damp. The room doesn't even have a proper window, it was like we were in the basement. We entered the room, sat down, found a new facility and left. I would definitely say do not sell. Mastery is very expensive compared to the better ones. We have never stayed, we want a refund. I don't understand how you can offer such a hotel.

Francamente ci siamo trovati piuttosto male. Il primo aspetto negativo riguarda il parcheggio: sulla pagina Expedia è chiaramente indicato come disponibile, ma in realtà la struttura non ne è provvista. Al nostro arrivo, anziché scusarsi per l’inconveniente o riconoscere l’errore, il personale ha cercato di minimizzare la situazione, sostenendo che sia normale pubblicizzare servizi che poi, di fatto, non vengono offerti. Un atteggiamento che abbiamo trovato poco professionale. La struttura, inoltre, mostra diversi segni di usura: pavimenti crepati, mattonelle rotte e buchi nei muri sono ben visibili sia nelle camere sia nelle aree comuni. Nel complesso, però, il livello di pulizia e igiene è risultato soddisfacente. Un altro aspetto molto spiacevole è il costante odore di gasolio presente al piano terra, proprio nell’area in cui viene servita la colazione. Quest’ultima, tra l’altro, ci è sembrata di qualità piuttosto scarsa: i prodotti da forno erano secchi, i cestelli contenenti le marmellate monoporzione erano completamente sporchi e appiccicosi e l’unico caffè disponibile era quello americano, che per giunta è risultato alquanto imbevibile. Nel complesso siamo rimasti decisamente insoddisfatti del soggiorno. Per la nostra esperienza, non ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura. L’unico aspetto positivo che siamo riusciti a trovare è la posizione strategica dell’hotel, comodo sia per visitare la città vecchia, sia per raggiungere il porto o per altri collegamenti.

En enklare men trevligt hotell i centrala Rhodos. Minuters gångväg från havet. Mycket god typisk grekisk frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på. Dygnet runt reception med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det har gjorts en uppdatering av standarden sista året så skönare sängar och allmän uppfräschning av lokalerna. Mellanlandar alltid här när jag varje år åker mellan Sverige och ön Tilos pga bra pris, rent, trevlig hjälpsam personal samt det centrala läget.
