Relaxing vacation

Located in peaceful Ixia, just next to restaurants, super market and bars. Bus stop is also just at the corner. Pool area with three pools (one for kids) was great. We stayed in family room, which was clean and in good condition. Kitchen, living room and bedroom with terrace made living easy with a child. Aircondition worked perfectly. Staff worked hard and they all were very friendly. Live music and small gym surprised us positively. Buffet meals were ok, but quite similar day after another. Recommended!

Poorly managed hotel

We stayed here for two weeks. The room was dirty upon arrival, and the "daily cleaning" is a joke. There is no daily cleaning. We asked for cleaning and new towels in the reception several times and I had to really raise my voice to make them take anything seriously. The pool area is also very dirty and wasn't cleaned during our stay. We also asked for the shower head to be adjusted on our first day as it was stuck in the lower position. Also asked for a kettle. We were promised it would be fixed asap, but it never happened during our stay despite us repeatedly asking for it. The whole place seems understaffed and very poorly managed.

Var der med familien i 10 dager. Svært skuffet over mottagelsen. Skrev en melding i forkant om at vi lander sent på natta. Men fikk allikevel ikke sjekke inn da rommet ikke var klart ifølge nattevakta på resepsjonen. Måtte vente 3timer i lobbyen og fikk rom kl.07. Hadde trøbbel med internett i block 5. Og telefonen på rommet fungerte heller ikke. Dette kunne de ikke fikse og vi fikk istede wifi til hotellet ved siden av men allikevel veldig ustabil nett og vi var like langt. Etter 5 døgn fikk vi nytt rom som hadde bedre nett men dessverre etter to dager begynte det å lekke masse vann fra aircondioner. Hyggelig og vennlig personal men dårlig service på hotellet. Frokosten var tam og kjedelig. Dårlig utvalg.

Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava. Hyvä sijainti. Aamupala ok. Sängyt olivat tosi hyvät. Mukava allas-alue. Uimavalvojalle 10 pistettä, erittäin avulias. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Block 5 ilmastointi ei riittävä. Saimme siirron block 4:ään, parempi, modernimpi. Asunnossamme toisen huoneen ilmastointi lakkasi toimimasta kolmantena päivänä, konekorjausta lupailtiin päivästä toiseen, joku sitä kävi katsomassakin, mutta, kun poistuimme vkon jälkeen, kone oli edelleen rikki. Siitä miinukset. Lomailimme kesäkuussa hirmuhelteillä.

Ren, rummen städas nästan varje dag, AC fungerade bra, fräscha utrymmen. Frukost: stressiga tjejer som sprang runt för att skaffa bestick och koppar och glas till folk. Det kändes inte välkomnande när vi gick och bad om flera saker varje dag. Frukost ingen märkvärdig.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Excellent établissement de type aparthotel. Infrastructure moderne et bien entretenue aux normes de sécurité et de confort actuelles. Buffet petit déjeuner et dîner (ouvert au public extérieur) de qualité. Quelques améliorations nécessaires. L'équipement en materiel de cuisine est toutefois insuffisant. Pas de poubelles de tri dans les appartements. Le gel douche n'a pas été renouvelé pendant notre séjour dune semaine. Les détecteurs incendie de nos chambres étaient déconnectés. Le nettoyage quotidien doit être plus intensif. Excellent rapport qualite prix en cette fin août / 1er semaine de septembre.

Hotelli oli meille aika suuri pettymys. Huone oli 'raihnainen' ja moni pieni asia oli viallinen (suihku, pyyhepidike tippui seinästä jne) ja siivous oli todella olematonta. Huoneessa on muutama lautanen ja lasi, mutta käytettyjä astioita ei vaihdettu tai tiskattu koko viikon aikana eikä huoneessa ollut välineitä, joilla ne olisi voinut itse tiskata. Aulahenkilökunta oli mielestämme todella ammattitaidotonta (mm. Ei tietoa bussiaikatauluista, osaamista vastata kysymyksiimme ja he unohtivat tilata taxin jota pyysimme lentokentälle lähtiessämme). Hotellin alueelta oli todella hankalaa saada taxia ja bussit kaupunkiin olivat aina todella täynnä. Allasalue oli kiva ja henkilökunta siellä ihan mukavaa. Suosittelisin kuitenkin ottamaan hotellin jostakin muualta

Fint ophold men hotellet kunne godt trænge til en overhaling (renovering). Meget gammelt interiør og eks. Nøglekortets plade på væggen faldt konstant af væggen - og når det ikke virker, faldt af var der ikke lys, aircondition o.lign. Pool området. Der er ingen aktiviteter ved poolen. Kun Meget høj musik som kører 12 timer i døgnet. Lidt voldsomt. Meget dyr poolbar i forhold til græsk niveau og meget lille udvalg i sortiment. Dygtigt rengøringsteam og altid med et smil👍

Den første uge syntes vi ikke rigtig deres system med at trykke på ikonet om man vil have gjort rent, så første gang måtte vi bede om det og resten af ugen bliv det gjort rent mellem 18-19. Hvilket passede rigtig dårligt da det er der man går i bad efter at have ligget ved poolen hele dagen. Anden uge gik det lidt bedre. Morgenmaden var også meget svingende, dage med tørt brød og manglende opfyldning. Røræg og spejlæg var kolde og der var dage hvor de ikke kunne følge med i afrydningen. Værelset var til fire personer og vi var tre og kunne ikke forestille os at der skulle være plads til en mere, så skulle det være små børn.

Trevlig personal för ett mellanbror hotell

Personalen i resturangen och baren Monika, Pantelis, Panagiotis& I reception Martha och Manager Mr. Kostas var riktigt trevliga. Skicket på rummet var väldigt gammalt och inte alls fint, badrummet var hemskt! Själva poolområdet var litet men det var ändå ganska fint.
