Overall the hotel was in a good location and somewhat clean. The sink was dirty upon arrival. The decor is outdated but the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice but not very helpful when looking for a luggage cart. Valet was amazing though.

At first our room wasn't great. It was a little dirty and view was blocked by rusty pipe. We complained and they upgraded us for free to a suite with a nice view of the Holllywood sign. The new room still smelled stale and slightly of smike
But the full size suite for nothing extra was very nice. Also we enjoyed the location to everything, the on site restaurant was very good, and overall the staff were very nice.
