Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Fiz uma reserva para os dias 01 ao dia 03 de outubro de 2021, porém quando cheguei na noite do 01 para o dia 02, a pousada estava fechada não havia ninguém para me atender, pedi para meu companheiro ligar para o gerente disse que não poderia me atender e que não precisava do meu dinheiro porque era rico, chamei um UBER, quando o gerente chegou e estava acompanha da esposa e de um amigo. A esposa do gerente disse que também não concordava com a maneira do atendimento dele, e o mesmo esta com sinal de embriaguez. Foi a pior experiência que tive, não endico essa empresa a ninguém.
