"The inn was well taken care and staff was helpful . The breakfast was very lacking . Had to ask for more coffee , and no waffle mixture at 8:30. Other then that 5stars"
"I had a great stay at Laurel Lake Placid. I had a lovely room with a great view of the lake. The room was updated. It was clean and spacious. The only thing I can say the would be better would be more hangers and storage as there wasn’t a dresser or true closet. There was a closet bar and some shelving . Could just be my OCD, but I like things out of site. The bed was so comfy. It was quiet. You do have to go down for your coffee but I can live with that. They have nice common areas. The bar area is great and the bartender was lovely to chat with. The desk staff was friendly and very helpful. In fact , I left a bag behind and received a call from the desk within an hour of my leaving so I could easily return for it. The hotel parking is tight. But everything in town is within walking distance . I highly recommend."

"My husband and I recently spent a weekend at the Lake Placid Stagecoach Inn, and it was nothing short of magical! Before arriving, the owner Kelly, sent us a "Perfect Placid" list of the areas attractions with things to do and restaurant recommendations. So cool!
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed - Kelly and her staff greeted us warmly and offered a quick tour pointing out the cozy common areas and sharing a bit of the Inn's history. The vintage accents and handcrafted furniture made us feel like we had stepped back in time. Our room (Kate Smith) was sooo comfortable, mixing rustic charm and beautiful modern amenities!
Our dining experience was spectacular with seasonal offerings that support local farms and vendors. Absolutely delicious and everyone made us feel like family!
The location is just minutes from everything, yet it feels like a secluded retreat. We sat on the porch and played cribbage with our wine and handcrafted cocktails. So fun and relaxing! We also visited the village shops, Mirror Lake, and biked the beautiful Adirondack Trail. Our whole trip was simply amazing... and too short!
Bottom line, The Stagecoach has historic charm, 5-star dining, and a location that perfectly balances convenience with tranquility. It will warm your soul. We definitely plan to stay again!! Thank you so much for everything Kelly! And a shout out to Heather for the wonderful chats! You're a doll! :)"
"Newly renovated and very clean. They added mini fridge and desk in rooms. Great location near lax fields for tournament and across street from Craig Wood Golf Couse. I did not try the restaurant but it looked busy while open over the weekend. I will definitely return."
