“This hotel was so wonderful. The room was so clean and the bed was super great. Also you can have the breakfast till 11 am that means you can be lazy in the morning. From the union station, it takes 15min. There is starbucks in the next building. ”

“staff was helpful and the unit was clean. The unit wasn't fancy but the layout was fantastic for our group of 3. Very spacious and good value for what we paid. The location was outstanding with excellent access to all that downtown Toronto has to offer.”

“아파트 호텔이라 프론트데스크를 기대할 수 없었지만, 안내가 그리 친절하고 자세하지 못해서, 건물 입구 찾는데만 오랜 시간이 걸렸다. 위치와 호텔 실내 편의시설은 가격 대비 나쁘지 않았지만, 아침에 엘리베이터 호출 안된 문제(24층에서 걸어내려왔음), 물이 내려가지 않는 싱크대 등은 상당히 불편했다. 그리고 스텝들이 건물에 상주하지 않기에 불편 사항 접수와 처리는 기대하기 어려웠다. ”
