Room was clean-ish, breakfast was lackluster, pillows and beds were not conducive to good sleeping. Disappointed with the overall cleanliness and comfort. Staff waa fine.

It was OK, for the same price, I have stayed in facilities were much nicer and cleaner. Tho the personnel particularly, Marquise was very nice and very accommodating, his attire did not reflect the position of responsibility representing your hotel. We were surprised at the lack of service, and told if we wanted clean towels, we could pick them up at the front desk. The selections on the breakfast bar were minimal at best, and there were few selections, if any, for guests who may have had special medical dietary needs. The coffee was good. All in all, it served a need for a place to stay, but I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to my friends.

The stay was great, breakfast was not up to corporate standards, no bacon no waffles no pancakes no white or wheat toast, when asked to the person working breakfast sitting down playing on her phone, she said maybe tomorrow, i was on a 4 day stay, not once did she do it, she was just plain lazy, there also was a bum laying on the side walk of the hotel a couple of days, cofee makers in the rooms did not work, even if it did the supplied powdered creamers were like a rock, toulet seats were loose, tub drain stoppers did not work, had to prop it up with a bottle cap

Me and my wife stayed here and man listen this hotel is perfectly fine people leaving bad reviews are just people that want to complain about every little thing, no hotel is gonna be perfect but this place is good we slept well, lots of food options the mall is literally right there and the hotel is quiet bed comfy and wifi works well, me and my wife had a good time, dont listen to bad reviews man just come see for yourself and there prices are well in in budget for a day or few days stay
