Best stay for value in sandston

I just love thw staff here front desk is incredible as is maintenence and housekeeping, i feel very safe and just love the rooms on 1st floor

I have been booking stays at this hotel for yeats and love it, for its good rates while being safe and the staff is great , and its close to stores , but this stay i stayed downstairs, i was aware the rooms were different, but was very happy, theyre very comfy, from the bed to the microwave , and cute little view from the front, i was very happy with this stay

The receptionist was really helpful and super nice. The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the bed was comfy. Could have used more than just two small pillows, but overall, will definitely choose this hotel again.

I booked this room for one night and did not stay although it wasn't refundable. Was given a room that had dirty looking bedding and was moved to another room with the same issue so I booked another hotel. Staff was friendly despite problems.

There was no one initially at the desk when we got there, had to wait about 10 minutes. The person had left the premises with no one for back up. When we got to the room - the Television didn't work, the bathroom door worked but was basically broken, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the place just seemed to be....old. Bed was comfy though.

This was a decent place for a quick night stay in between travels. Everything was super easy and fast when it came to parking and check in. Conveniently located right next to Sheetz and Wawa for quick food options. if you are looking for a place to stay just for the night, I recommend.

Wifi was not usable speed. First room I was given had stains on the sheets and a cockroach trap. Second room didn’t have these things. Breakfast was great if you like gluten and sugar - waffles and syrup, sugary cereal, bagels and butter, sweet muffins, and the occasional cockroach (and coffee). No coffee maker in the room.

Needs updating, but adequate

The bed was comfortable. Despite the rundown-ness of the bathroom, the shower worked really well. What we had a har time with was the amount of bugs in the room. No bed bugs or cockroaches, but just way too many insects.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. However, the hotel was not up to par. There was a dead ant in the bed. There was a serious plumbing issue; I could not properly bath. I would give this hotel a one star rating.

While the room was clean the lighting choices were odd, kind of all or nothing. Near the airport so lots of plane noise. The bathroom was clean but the fixtures were very worn out and the water pressure was not strong.

It was easy to check in, room was nice, and clean. Had to go to desk to ask for more towels since there was three of us, but nog a big deal. There wax alot of noise in hallway late at night and the free breakfast was kind of a let down. Only offered cold cereal and waffles. Also couldn't understand that we couldn't take coffee or juice to room, but room had refrigerator and microwave in it. Also had some ants in room. Also a bug and insect trap in room.

It was horrible. First room smelled of mold. We were given two rooms , instead of one with two queen beds, which we paid for. Later we were switched by Raj. He was a great help and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were very dirty. There did not have any tissue boxes. When we asked at the front desk, they said they didn’t have any. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. There was nothing for breakfast. Overall it was a total waste of money. My kids wanted to leave. Don’t stat there.
