“The front desk is amazing and very helpful. However, the employees in the restaurant seem disinterested to work. They are always frowning, never attentive and pretty cold. This takes away from the positives of the hotel. The hotel does not provide complimentary water too.”

“Ants and mosquitoes took over the room; housekeeper entered my room with a key twice, once while I was present and once when I clearly put the do not disturb sign on the door; management never followed up with my last complaint; a waiter was extremely rude to me.
