The room was very clean and updated. Nice and quiet. The only issue was the a/c unit cutting on and off and didn’t cool the room as much as I prefer.

Amazing location, beautiful views of the ocean, plenty of green landscape m, trees, and relaxation spots for winding down. Excellent food located on property, and staff were all friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use an update, but the positive ls far outweigh the bathroom decor. We will be back at the Fairmont SM.

If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, I would highly recommend it. Everyone was helpful, kind, and went the extra mile. Beautiful property, wonderful food, and within walking distance of fun and exciting restaurants, shopping, and events!

The photos are catfish. The HOTEL feels more like a MOTEL! There were multiple stains on my sheets. There’s no physical front desk to talk to, there’s no room key. So everyone I reentered I had to call in and wait outside to be let into sliding door. They’ve digitized everyhting but the place seems need some human TLC needed remodel. The room was very tight and there are literally no amenities beyond a table and chairs on the 2nd floor. The room had no full mirror. The experience here in general was very underwhelming. The location and proximity to things Is great but the room felt uncomfortable.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the room decor, in room amenities, etc. But the negatives were the overpriced parking costs and also the location. The vagrants, homeless, drug addicts all around the entrance, alley ways, public areas in front of the hotel were disgusting. They even keep the main door locked cause of all the issues. Venice beach in general is disgusting. They really need to clean up that area to be charging those kind of prices.
