"Staff is amazing. Gym is HORRIBLE. it should not be advertised as part of the hotel. Very dirty and dark and loud. Very disappointed as this was a reason I boooked to stay there"

"The hotel is easily accessible as it is just across the road from Victoria Train Station. It was within walking directions to many tourist attractions and it was easy to jump on the tube to other sites, it is also right beside the taxi rank for the Victoria train station. The decor in the hotel was lovely, very modern and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. There are nice restaurants, pubs etc extremely close to the hotel. We will be back! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. "
