“Très bel établissement, les chambres sont propres et agréables. Le restaurant avec ses buffets bien garnis est parfait. Il manque juste un accès aux bains que pour les clients de l'hôtel autre 7h30 du matin, 20h30-22h00 serait idéal!!! Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.”

(-) I suggest to bring slippers because bathroom floor is cold stone. They should clear the snow for the ground floor access. Restaurant was closed as of Feb 2026, hopefully they reopen soon. “when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever”
