Хорошее расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности район с красивейшими домами в югендстиле. Недалеко церковь святой Гертруды, до старого города 10-15 мин. Отель предоставляет прекрасные завтраки, чистое белье, чистый санузел. Из минусов-хорошо слышно соседей. В целом цена-качество устроили.Соответствует колличеству звезд.

Está muy bien localizado. Al centro se llega andando en unos 5 minutos. Cerca hay un centro comercial con un supermercado, varios bares y restaurantes. El hotel está limpio. La recepción está en una tercera planta. La habitación es muy grande, el desayuno es bueno y no hay ruido, se duerme tranquilamente. Si vuelvo a Riga me alojaré en el hotel Laine.

Posizione buona nel quartiere liberty al confine col centro vero e proprio, palazzo fatiscente e struttura un po' in decadenza, camera grande e confortevole con arredo vecchio. A unique and memorable property in a good location. The staff is friendly and multilingual, the breakfast is good, and the wifi, which worked about 90% of the time, was very fast. I would only suggest updating some of the basic features -- I had a nice spacious room, but the shower curtain was rather old and flimsy, and the hot water was inconsistent. Overall, though, a good stay.

Good location and excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Only negative was that there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, only in the shower. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a decent hotel at a good price in Riga.

Good hotel, great service, but not so great rooms

The location of the hotel is very good, next to trendy cafés and walking distance to the old town. The staff were really amazing. Always friendly and trying to be as accommodating as possible. However, there were some negative issues regarding the room. The furniture is quite old and the curtains were falling apart and they were not blackout curtains, which meant that it was very bright in the room from early morning. Although the room was non-smoking and there was a sign warning of a penalty for smoking in the room, it still stank of the smell of tobacco. In the day before leaving, the room was simply not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. The breakfast was really good and the terrace was a great place to chill out.

Mukava edullinen hotelli

Elämää nähnyt hotelli, mutta jotenkin omalla tavallaan tunnelmallinen. Kohtuullinen kävelymatka vanhaankaupunkiin eikä juna-/bussiasemallekaan kohtuuton matka. Aamiainen melko vaatimaton suomalaisiin hotelleihin verrattuna, mutta vatsa täyttyi. Jonkin verran joutui aamiaisella odottelemaan, kun tarjoiluastiat olivat pienet ja ne tyhjenevät melko nopeasti. Hotelli sopii sellaisille, jotka haluavat edullisen majoituksen.

Самый странный отель из всех известных мне в Риге

Если вас угораздит забронировать именно этот отель, сразу договаривайтесь об этаже. Мне достался номер на 7 этаже. То, что этаж чердачный, а единственное окно расположено где-то под потолком – полбеды. Хуже то, что лифт ходит только до 5 этажа, а с 6 на 7-й можно добраться только по деревянной винтовой лестнице, взбираться на которую с багажом в зубах – удовольствие намного ниже среднего. Впечатление усиливают массивные, но уже потрескавшиеся деревянные подпорки по всему чердаку (sorry, 7 этажу), вселяющие в гостя сомнения, удастся ли ему выехать до того, как это строение обрушится. Описание номера не соответствует реальности. Например, был обещан холодильник и (или хотя бы или) мини-бар, но его не было. Зато была пустая (!) жестяная коробка из-под конфет. Есть и отдельные плюсы (например, хороший завтрак и приветливый персонал). Но в целом – странный отель.
