10/10 Excellent

"Easily accessible from all terminals I was made very welcome from the moment I checked in. The room was very spacious and super quiet. The facilities are excellent, with a half decent pool and gym and a few dining outlets - my favourite 12th floor bar! White night views being early July made all the difference and would recommend this hotel."

"Check in was nice and quick. The room we booked was suppose to be one with a sofa bed for the 3rd person but it was not, instead it had a bunk bed at the top of the room just below the ceiling with a very steep ladder to climb...not too safe. The room was smaller than expected. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. No face cloths or towel for floor. The shower made a mess on the floor with water going everywhere and the floor was slippery. It was warm despite the air conditioner at night while trying to sleep. The beds were not that comfortable. Only there for one night so it was doable. I would have liked the room we booked and paid for though. Very close to airport terminals but still a very long walk, especially with luggage."
