โA quaint old-fashioned-- in good ways-- hotel. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Nice that they have an onsite restaurant, bar and very large breakfast room -- complete with a nice hot breakfast (that even includes Bailey's ๐). And a lift/elevator. Only 2 complaints: 1). One must either drive or take a taxi into town-- no public transportation close by and (2) No A/C or fans. Overall, though, a lovely place to stay.โ
โAbsolutely fabulous B&B. Host was wonderful, breakfast was yummy and timely, rooms were clean and spacious. The property is beautiful and the house itself is just charming. Would highly recommend!!!โ
โIt was an amazing place to stay, wonderful continental breakfast with high quality meats, cereals, homemade food, jams, and wonderful tea and coffee. Would definitely come back!โ
โHarbor House is magnificent. Surrounded by ocean, hillsides, and horses, this HH is a sanctuary like no other. Sandra and Robin and the entire team were wonderful and helped us with reservations and ideas. They have diving lessons and they have a young team of instructors who teach in the pool and then guide excursions. The full Irish breakfast was hearty and delicious and we loved the pool and decks and greeting the horses each morning. What an awe-inspiring place that sure speaks to the...
โGreat new hotel right in downtown Kenmare. Street parking only which was a little tough on a busy night but the room was gorgeous with lots of space, a big shower and comfy beds The electric fireplace was a big hit โ
โFriendly staff, great breakfast, I loved that we had a choice of full Irish, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or pancakes. The room was really large, bed was good and comfy. We could not get the heating to work, but kept the window closed to keep the room warmer. Shower pressure was not great, but adequate.โ
โWe loved this hotel as a place to stay in Co Kerry. Itโs conveniently located with an easy walk into the city centre. The hotel has great amenities, like a pool and spa, and the staff are very helpful.โ
โA total gem of a find! Idyllic location. Wonderful staff. Walkable to the village. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely make plans to visit again. I want to check out the seaweed baths!โ
โThe home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. โ
โMy wife and I stayed for 7 days. 10/10- would recommend to a friend- will be back! Our hosts, Trish & Chris, were absolutely stellar. They are both kind, friendly, knowledgeable, salt of the Earth people, and excellent cooks! The breakfasts were customized to our needs and desires and were scrumptious! The setting is divine- so quiet, surrounded by nature, and truly beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was, however, no in-room mini fridge! Having travelled extensively across 5...
โGreat property and area. However when booking on Expedia it says 24km to Dingle which was misleading. There is no ferry to Dingle and it's 114km by car.โ
โA wonderful interesting and historic pub. Then a modern well designed hotel with easy access at any time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were first rate ! As was the service.
Charming staff , excellent breakfast. A truly memorable stay.โ
โLoved the included breakfast and having a washer/ dryer in the unit. Staff was very kind. Early morning noise was a problem but maybe would have been less of an issue if the window would close all the way. โ
โIncredible hotel and wonderful staff! Beautiful evening at their restaurant as well as the food was excellent.
Only frustration is that our room did not have air conditioning. Only some rooms have AC but our door opened which allowed plenty of air flow from outside.โ
