Pool area had no clean towels and pizza left in chairs breakfast area had stacked used waffle cups on counter and room on check in had hair in tub and open bar of soap on sink. Unacceptable for the marriott brand.guy at checkout seem unfazed. Next time we will try the hilton property near by as i to to visit my grandkids often

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay ,specially the breakfast area,rooms are nice,we stayed for 2 nights, at the time of our check in the guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us information about restaurants near the area,im giving a poor review on the staff because we wanted housekeeping service and the girl that was supposed to clean our room never came ,we asked the front desk 2 times and no one cleaned our room ,we got back to our room close to 6pm and nothing was straighten up,our trash cans were full and we needed clean towels,pool area was kind of green and there was no pool towels.

Nice property right outside Chattanooga. Great breakfast with all the extras . Room was plenty big. With an actual walk in closet. Layout of bathroom was in middle of the room. With a frosted glass door, as a family with college kids not ideal. nice hotel

This place was wonderful. Clean, didn't smell.. the bathroom I was a little thrown - It has frosted glass so.. if you're with "Friends" they will see all of you.. that was different but still a Great place and breakfast - they only had 1 person so, if you weren't there when the HOT food came out - you'd have to wait awhile for the next set - She was was frustrated. so, waffles, Oatmeal, bagel were there if you weren't lucky enough to get there when the Hot food came out. But - Seriously - considering this place again for a night stop for our Florida trip

We were very impressed with our one night stay at this facility. The checkin process was seamless and easy. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful in recommending a restaurant wr asked about. When we needed anything - a bag for wet swimsuits, extra pillow, pool towels - he was readily eager to provide it. .we will definitely stay here when coming back this way!
