"Beautiful clean hotel. Great staff and service. We did this as a family vacation and my kids loved it. The beach is beautiful that’s right off of the hotel. Ocean front clean blue water and private so it’s peaceful. The restaurants were delicious. The only issue was having to pay for parking every night. Just feel like with the amount of money that you spend the parking should be free. Other than that we had a wonderful time."

"There are not enough words to describe the experience we had in Puerto Rico staying for 10 days with our host, Ruben. The property itself is so beautiful with the best view and you can see how much care he put into his home. Ruben made our trip even more special as we were treated as family. Not only did he make us feel welcome, but he took care of us like he was our uncle. He made us food many times, took us to the beach, and even helped us get tickets to the Island of Culebra. These are all things he didn't need to do, but he did because of his big heart. There are 2 beautiful dogs, Pizzara and Peronia, that greeted us daily, which was the cherry on top. They are so friendly, loveable, and impossible to ignore and resist. We fell in love with the home and the beautiful town of Ceiba. If you want to stay somewhere that shows the true heart of Puerto Rico, don't stay in San Juan, go to Ceiba. Not only did we have a place that felt like home, but we gained 2 unforgettable furry friends, and a Tio from Puerto Rico. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be coming back to visit our new family soon! Thank you, Ruben, for making our stay so special!"

"my mom and i had our first trip together and stayed here. WE LOVED IT! From the pink colors to the hotel themes to the pro mixologist in the cocktail area...I could have stayed here forever. We are so so glad we found you guys, what a happy accident. The rooms were clean, the a/c worked, the view was amazing, the kitty cat on premises was precious, the pool was great, the free water was awesome, the mermaid class! I could go on and on about this place, and on top of it right next to a secluded beach! thank you again! thank you for giving us a memorable experience without the horrid prices of the resorts! we appreciate what you do!"

"Amazing stay! We arrived at Wyndham Palmas in PR for my first trip ever with Wyndham . Wow, Im so impressed! New management and chef with a gift for perfection! I worked for Holiday inn & this is NEXT LEVEL in every way. Staff at front desk: Jayson incredible with every offer at wyndham he thought would enhance my first trip to Puerto Rico. Next Xiomar drove us to our car & even to another wyndham so I could buy goggles as our specific shop didnt have any . Alanis up front is friendly and had great suggestions and opportunities for us- Sebastian at the bar shared a lot of the beauty of the culture and tons of knowledge of the island - also makes a terrific drink & great service even under duress after a storm. Efrain helped with my crazy luggage and finding our way to our room & locations of activities, smores , super sweet and always smiling. And of course we got to know Darlene & Richard in the Cafe' keeping us fed & coffee content. Our room was bright & immaculate .Chirps of froggies & birds all around was soothing . Pools were clean, and the view stunning. We had 6 days of bliss . There was activities nightly from boho night to collector cars- jewlery & clothing boutique on site was awesome-Even if you had nothing planned there was plenty to do - This was by far my favorite vacation of 52 years. After this experience we cancelled our December trip to Iceland & rebooking Worldmark with Wyndham 6 day tour! Wyndham Palmas is TOP TEIR!!"
